Acupuncture
Acupuncture is simply the insertion of hair-thin single-use needles
into the skin causing little or no pain. Acupuncture helps restore balance
to the body’s energy system.
Ear acupuncture is a widely-used microsystem within TCM, using one part
of the body to treat system-wide conditions. Often used in conjunction
with other modalities, it is particularly common to use it as part of
a weight loss program, for stress management, and to treat addictions,
including smoking.
Cosmetic acupuncture is a non-surgical alternative to address facial
problems like acne, wrinkles and other signs of aging. By removing blockages
and imbalances, circulation to the face is increased, and collagen production
and blood flow are stimulated, resulting in increased firmness and a
healthier complexion.
Aromatherapy
Aromatherapy is the art of using oils extracted from aromatic flowers,
herbs, spices, woods and fibres to enhance health and wellbeing.
BodyTalk
The BodyTalk System ™ is a revolutionary system that utilizes state-of the-art
energy medicine to optimize the body’s internal communications. Through
exposure to the stresses of day to day life, communication becomes compromised,
which then leads to a decline in physical, emotional and/or mental health.
Revealing and reconnecting these lines of communication in the proper priority
enables the body’s mechanisms to function at optimal levels, rapidly accelerating
the healing process and preventing future symptoms. This allows long-lasting,
ongoing improvements rather than short-term symptomatic relief. It is
non-invasive and works effectively and safely on people and animals.
Chinese Herbal Medicine
The effectiveness of TCM herbology has often been attributed to the
fact that it is tailored to individual patients. However, many syndromes
can also be addressed using prepared patent medicine. Usually used with
acupuncture, it is an excellent way to help bring the body back into
a healthy balance.
Cupping
Cupping is a simple process of 'reverse massage'. A vacuum is created
inside the cups using suction or a small flame, lifting muscles, tissues
& organs up to four inches deep. Cupping can offer considerable
relief in treatment of muscle & joint problems, back pain, colds
& flu, and more.
Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT)
EFT is often described as emotional acupuncture without needles. This
modality uses fingertip tapping on specific acupuncture points while
focusing attention on a particular emotional, physical or health issue.
In many cases, this results in the balancing of the body’s subtle
energies, and the elimination of fears, phobias, physical pain, emotional
trauma and even symptoms associated with serious illnesses like fibromyalgia
and multiple sclerosis.

Reflexology
Reflexology is an ancient healing art that involves stimulating the
acupressure points of the feet that correspond to every body part, including
organs and glands. The practice of modern Reflexology is rooted in the
ancient societies of Egypt, India and China where evidence suggests
that the tradition has existed for 5000 years. Reflexology helps the
body to re-establish equilibrium in order to achieve optimum health
via stress reduction and improved circulation
Reiki
Reiki is a powerful and ancient healing energy that assists the body
in reestablishing a normal flow of life force energy throughout, which
in turn can enhance and accelerate the body's innate natural healing
abilities. The treatment involves the gentle laying of hands on the
body and/or just above the body.
Sacred Sound
Sacred sound refers to a variety of practices in which sound and music
are used to increase balance and health. Some of these include: Natural
Sound Attunement, Shamanic Sound and Voicework where the practitioner
uses voice and traditional shamanic instruments to help retune and bring
about balance and harmony, Crystal Bowl Sound Baths where crystal quartz
singing bowls are played in harmonic fifths to create a bath of sound
while “washing” the energetic body of impurities, and Sonic
Spine Treatments using sound to access the nervous system as well as
all of the major energy centers of the body.
Shamanic Healing
Shamanic healing is the ancient practice of treating the spiritual aspect
of illness. Treating such spiritual illnesses as power loss, soul loss

and traditional techniques to help with the restoration of wholeness
and radiance. Some of these methods may include: Soul Retrieval to retrieve
lost soul parts, Guardian Spirit retrieval to restore personal power

of motion techniques to regulate the body’s energy, or chi. Shiatsu
is performed fully clothed.
Spiritual Consultation
The practice of being guided by an intuitive consultant to connect with
your spiritual self in order to find clarity and direction. This may
also include opening the connection between the client and loved ones
in spirit.
Traditional Chinese Medicine
Thousands of years old, TCM is a complex and thorough system of diagnosis
and treatment used to clear blockages, regulate systems, and allow the
body to heal itself. It is commonly used to address pain, menstrual
problems, asthma, nausea, and colds & flu, to name only a few.
Tui Na
This is a therapeutic form of massage. Informed and guided by TCM's
whole-body system, it utilizes pressure at acupoints along with specific

particularly popular for its effectiveness in dealing with stress, joint,
musculoskeletal issues, including back, neck and shoulder pain.
