Angela
Prider
Rev. Shaman, Shamanic Therapist & Teacher, SRT Practitioner
Angela is the co-owner of HeartQuest Holistic Wellness Centre.
Her shamanic gifts have been strengthened since 1992 through a
combination of practice and extensive training. Her training in
Core Shamanism is from the Foundation of Shamanic Studies and
she has studied advanced shamanic healing techniques with Betsy
Bergstrom, Laureen Rama, dona Bernadette Vigil, longtime associate of don Miguel Ruiz,
and Christine Wallace. Along with her studies in psychology, Angela has received practical
and theoretical counselling training through Vancouver Community College and The Satir
Institute of the Pacific. After working as a counsellor for over a decade
treating issues related to substance abuse and trauma, Angela completed
training in Self-Regulation Therapy with the Canadian Foundation for Trauma
Research and Education. She now specializes in the spiritual recovery from
trauma by synthesizing shamanic healing methods and SRT to bring
harmony between body, mind and soul.
Angela also teaches a variety of courses on shamanism, ranging from introductory to
long-term apprenticeships. Her personal commitment to the integration of creativity and
spirituality in both her private practice and instruction infuses her work with
a unique energy. Angela is a Reverend Shaman ordained by the Sacred Circle of the Great
Mystery, and a member of the Society for Shamanic Practitioners. |

Cory
Wint, BA, ICADC
Cory is the co-owner of HeartQuest Holistic Wellness Centre.
He has over 13 years experience as a counsellor and administrator
within the Social Services and Human Development fields. With
a degree in Human and Social Development, and international Drug
and Alcohol certification (ICADC), Cory has vast experience in
dealing with complex problematic substance use, negative coping,
non productive communication skills, as well as relationship issues.
Cory is also a certified Substance Abuse Professional as defined
through the U.S. Department of Transportation, and co-owner of Direct
Action Monitoring Services. He is available for individual, couples and family counselling.

Christine
Wheeler, MA. EFT Practitioner
Christine Wheeler helps people transform their emotional, physical
and spiritual wellness through the expert application of Emotional
Freedom Techniques (EFT) and other Energy Psychology techniques.
Christine has trained extensively with EFT Founder Gary Craig
and provides EFT training to those wishing to be practitioners,
or simply use EFT more effectively for their personal growth and
healing. Christine is accomplished at using EFT to diminish –
even eliminate - fears, phobias, panic and anxiety and to enhance
personal performance in business, sports, and the creative arts.
She also has great success helping clients reduce or eliminate
pain associated with migraines, arthritis, carpal tunnel syndrome,
IBS and cancer. |

Sandra
Jewell, Medium and Reconnective Healer
Sandra Jewell, is a Medium and Spiritual/Energy Healer
who specializes in Reconnective Healing™ and The Reconnection®.
Along with her natural ability, from 2002-2005 Sandra attended
the Arthur Findlay College of Spiritualism, in England, and
also acquired certification in various healing modalities. Sandra
is passionate about helping others heal themselves in mind,
body, and spirit. Through her readings, she enables her clients
to gain clarity about their issues and concerns, and reconnect
with their loved ones in spirit.

Susan Powell, Holistic Health Educator, Massage Practitioner
Susan Powell is a certified Holistic Health Educator & Massage Practitioner
(Heartwood Institute 1980). She has studied a variety of bodywork modalities including,
Postural Integration, Swedish Massage, Polarity, Stone Aromatherapy, & Acupressure;
she has also attended numerous continuing education bodywork seminars.
Her specialty is working with each client in the manner that best fits the person;
some people require a lighter touch and others need deeper work, which can vary from
session to session, so each appointment becomes a co-created experience.
Susan has also been sharing information on the Medicine Wheel for many years.
The Medicine Wheel is a guide for navigating our way through our inner & outer journeys.
What Susan shares is based on the wisdom teachings of her spiritual Elder, Mahad’yuni
(Evelyn Eaton), and the many Elders who have helped her on her healing journey.

Doreen has been a practicing RMT in East Vancouver for over 20 years. She approaches her work by utilizing a combination
of modalities including Swedish massage with trigger point, fascial release and Reiki. |

Deborah MacInnis, Qigong Teacher and Healer
Qigong Teacher and Healer
Deborah is a Certified Level 1 and 2 Zhong Yuan Qigong teacher, an Image Therapy Qigong
healer and a private student of Grand Master Mingtang Xu. She has attended the 4 week intensive
at Shaolin Monastery in China and continues her ZY Qigong and Image Therapy training yearly
with Grand Master Mingtang as well as Daoist TuiNa/Medical Qigong with Dr Liu Dong of the
Ling Gui Qigong School in Seattle. As a member of the Canada Qigong Research Society she
helps promote Qigong awareness and education.
